Arete (ah-RET-ay). The old Greek word for excellence, the kind a craft reaches when nobody lets it be average. We named the company after the standard so we'd have to keep it.

Arete Media is a video production house with fifteen years behind the camera and a bias for work that pays for itself. Brand films, documentaries, and monthly content systems for businesses, founders, and venues, each one shaped around the job it has to do: sell the service, land the hire, hold the room. Some shops chase a look. We chase the result, and the look comes with it.
